Yes, I know there are higher stats than this but 50% is really all we need to make this a worthwhile effort on your part.

There are many ways to do this and it depends on how your web site is built. You may have a standard HTML web design or the more popular WordPress design.
If your site is built in a WordPress format there are many plugins that can help you with your SEO programing. In fact, they make it very easy and take you step by step through the whole process, SEO Yoast is a very popular SEO optimization program.
Another way to learn about optimizing your web site is to use a search engine and type in SEO advice or SEO steps. You will be given pages of different opinions on what and how you can do it.
You always have the option to hire someone to do this for you. You can find them by outsourcing as explained in a previous chapter. You can also talk to your current web designer and see if they can do it or refer you to someone that can help you.
There are many “experts” available you just need to remember to search for the right one. References and a past history of doing this for other companies is the first thing to look for. Like any employee, you need to take your time to find the right fit for you and your business.
The rates these folks charge can vary so you need to research this as well. The technique is similar whether you hire an expensive consultant or a Fiverr gig.
